UNDER OHIO LAW, AN AGRITOURISM PROVIDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN AN AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY CONDUCTED AT THIS AGRITOURISM LOCATION IF THE INJURY OR DEATH RESULTS FROM AN INHERENT RISK OF THE AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY. INHERENT RISKS OF AGRITOURISM ACTIVITIES INCLUDE, AMONG OTHERS, RISKS OF INJURY INHERENT TO LAND, EQUIPMENT, AND ANIMALS, AS WELL AS THE POTENTIAL FOR YOU TO ACT IN A NEGLIGENT MANNER THAT MAY CONTRIBUTE TO YOUR INJURY OR DEATH. YOU ARE ASSUMING THE RISK OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS AGRITOURISM ACTIVITY.

Participant Agreement & Rules:
By purchasing this ticket and entering the property, I agree to the following safety rules:

  1. Footwear & Attire: I agree to wear appropriate outdoor clothing to protect against uneven terrain, sharp tools, insects, and plants.

  2. Designated Areas: I will remain strictly within the designated U-pick flower fields and public pathways. I will not enter restricted farm zones, barns, or wildlife areas.

  3. Tools & Equipment: I agree to use any provided cutting tools safely and responsibly, and to supervise any minors in my party with these tools at all times.

  4. Assumption of Risk: I acknowledge that outdoor farm environments have natural hazards, including but not limited to uneven ground, holes, mud, stinging insects, sun exposure, and unpredictable weather. I voluntarily assume all risks related to these natural conditions.

  5. Release of Liability: I hereby release, waive, and discharge The Farm on Welling, LLC, its owners, employees, and operators from any and all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, sickness, or property damage occurring during my visit.
