Experience the farm this fall for our Vintage Truck photography nights. Professionally staged with seasonal fall decor and an excellent setting for families, couples, and individuals to capture your favorite moments in the cool fall nights out at The Farm.

Before You Book

  • Reservations are for photographers or customers who have already booked a photographer. A photographer is NOT included with your reservation.

  • Reservations are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled at the discretion of The Farm on Welling Management due to inclement weather. If we cancel a session, the person who made the reservation will be contacted as soon as possible. Please include the best phone number to reach you in the notes when booking.

  • If booking multiple 1 Hour Sessions, please book one for each hour timeslot.

During Your Session

  • The Vintage Truck will be open exclusively to photographers and their clients with reservations during these sessions. General admission will not have access during these times.

  • Your reservation includes access to the specific Vintage Truck Fall Backdrop you reserved. Please use only this backdrop for photos and not other areas on the farm.

Timing & Clients

  • Your reserved session time is the time your clients may be on the priority. Photographers may arrive up to 20 minutes before their session to prepare and will have a 10-minute grace period afterward to pack up.

  • You may photograph multiple families/mini sessions during your 1-2 hour booking. (However you’d like to fill up your timeslot.)
